How do I reset my RackSolutions account password?

  • Updated
  • To reset your password click on "my account" in the top right hand corner
  • Under Customer Login click "Forgot Your Password?"
  • Enter your e-mail address that is used for the account and click "reset my password"
  • You will receive an e-mail with the subject "Reset your RackSolutions password"
  • Open the e-mail and click "Set a New Password"
  • Type in new password and confirm new password matches
  • Then click "Set a New Password"
