What is Required to Become a Reseller?
To set up your account as a new reseller with RackSolutions, please read our Purchase Order (PO) requirements and submit the following documents to info@racksolutions.com.
RackSolutions Purchase Order (PO) Requirements
1. RackSolutions Customer Account Form
Complete and submit the Customer Account Information Form. Please provide the following details:
- Company Name
- DUNS Number
- Purchasing Agent (Direct Contact for Sales)
- Accounts Payable Contact: (Direct Contact for Inquiries if Account Becomes Past Due)
- Invoices (Check the box for email or mail)
- Tax Exempt Status
- Invoice Email & Billing Address: (Email should be for invoice and statement submission)
- Headquarters Address If Different from Billing
2. Tax Exemption Certificate
Provide a valid tax exemption certificate. If there is a reseller portion on the form, please ensure it includes our address:
