Order with an Online PO
Have you heard about our new Quick PO processing?
Quick POs are guaranteed to be entered within 1 business day and include improved email notifications. This allows you to place orders directly on our website at any time, choose “Pay via Purchase Order,” and we’ll process the order against your PO.
Important: To upgrade to Quick POs, please email us at info@racksolutions.com letting us know you would like your account to be set up for Quick PO processing. We will need your email address associated with your account on the website. If you do not already have an account set up, please do so before requesting Quick PO Processing. Please also note you must already be set up with net terms to apply. You can find more information about PO Requirements here.
Once we get back to you and let you know you’re set up, you’ll be able to use Quick PO processing for all future POs.
Step by Step Instructions:
- Log into your account on our website.
- Click “Quick Order” in the top right corner
- On the Quick Order page, you can:
- Enter SKUs and quantities one by one
- Enter multiple SKUs separated by commas and then update quantities
- Upload an Excel file with SKUs and quantities
- Once your SKUs and quantities are added, click “Add to Cart.”
5. Go to your shopping cart and click “Proceed to Checkout.”
6. Select your shipping address and method, then click “Next.”
7. Under Payment Methods, choose “Purchase Order.”
- Enter your PO Number
- Upload your PDF copy of the PO
- (Optional) Enter your email address for follow-up notifications
8. Click “Place Order.”
9. Your PO will now be entered into our system to be reviewed and shipped.
Order with an Email PO
If you are a US customer, you can email a copy of your purchase order to info@racksolutions.com. International customers can click here for the Sales and Technical Support contact information specific to your country. Please be sure to include your quote number if you’ve created one. Note: RackSolutions does not generate the PO, the other company’s internal purchasing department does and then submits it to RackSolutions.
You can send a Purchase Order that references a quote. US customers can send the quote number to info@racksolutions.com (International customers can click here for the Sales and Technical Support contact information specific to your country) at the time of the Purchase Order, and ensure that the Purchase Order does one of the following:
PO's cannot contain a “Ship To” address that is a PO Box (unless a street address is also listed).
- Includes an estimated shipping cost, or adds an estimated 15% of the order as Shipping.
- Specifies that the shipping costs can be added by RackSolutions to the total amount listed on the Purchase Order.
Note: Without one of these options, RackSolutions cannot process the PO. RackSolutions will inquire more information before the order can be processed.
