How To Track Orders
To view an order you have placed, go to RackSolutions.com and log into your account. Click on ‘My Account’ located at the top right hand corner.
To receive an invoice, receipt, or order confirmation, you will need to visit Orders and Return. If you do not know your order ID or have a customer account, invoices are available by request. Please contact us at info@racksolutions.com. The required information to fill out an order request is:
- Order ID or Purchase Order Number
- Billing Zip Code
Once you hit 'Continue', you will be prompted to the next screen where you will find your order information, invoices and order shipments. In the 'Order Shipments' tab, you will find tracking information for your order.
Common Reasons for Delays
If your order is delayed, here are some common reasons why:
- Backorders: The standard lead time for most out of stock products is 4-6 weeks.
- Payment Issues: Transactions may fail due to incorrect payment details, declined cards, or system errors.
- Credit Holds: The credit holds may be placed due to overdue payments, customers exceeding their credit limit, violated credit terms, or it has been identified as a bad risk.
- Shipping Issues: Delays in shipping may be caused by the carrier, weather disruptions, customs, or incorrect shipping details. If your order does not arrive in time, check your tracking order if changes have been made. You can also contact the shipping carrier for the most accurate delivery status information.
How To Resolve Checkout Issues
To resolve common checkout issues, here’s what you can do:
- Clear Browser’s Cache and Cookies: Outdated or corrupted data can prevent proper site functionality. To clear cache in chrome, go to Settings > Privacy and Security > Clear Browsing Data > Select “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files” > Clear Data.
- Try a Different Browser: Browser extensions or device compatibility may interfere with checkout on the site. You can try to use an alternative browser.
- Check Internet Connection: A weak or unstable connection can interrupt the checkout process. Switch to a stronger Wi-Fi network or reset your router if needed.
- Make Sure Payment Information is Up-to-Date: Payment errors may be caused by expired credit cards or incorrect billing information may cause payment errors. Make sure to double-check the card number, expiration date, and CVV. Additionally, the billing address should match what your bank has on file.
- Disable Pop-Up Blockers and Ad Blockers: Some site features may be blocked. Temporarily disable these extensions and refresh the page.
- Log Out and Log Back In: Refreshing your account session can sometimes resolve unexpected checkout issues.
Tax Exemption Process
To upload a tax exemption certificate, refer to this article. IMPORTANT NOTE: Your shopping cart must be empty before adding a Tax Exemption certificate to your account. Otherwise, tax exemption will not be applied to items already in your cart.
